Belltown BBQ Shrimp Simmer Sauce

This tangy, sweet, spicy cooking sauce is unlike anything you have ever experienced from the Pacific Northwest. This new sauce that is unique in taste due to the balance of flavors that give it a refreshing finish.

This incredible sauce is best when cooked with raw, deveined, shell-on shrimp but will work with any kind of shrimp you prefer.

Cooking Instructions:

Gently heat the Belltown BBQ shrimp simmer sauce in a stock pot.
When sauce reaches a simmer, add shrimp and continue cooking until shrimp are fully cooked (which is about 3-5 minutes depending on the size of shrimp you used).
Serving instructions:

This sauce is best served in a bowl with rice or steamed whole baby red potatoes and lots of garlic bread for dipping. Enjoy!

Queen Anne Cioppino Simmer Sauce

This classic Italian-American cooking sauce, that originated from San Francisco, will be a hit with your whole family. This sauce has a Pacific Northwest twist due to the unique spices and ingredients that give it an amazing taste.

Cioppino is traditionally made from the "catch of the day," which in Seattle is typically a combination of Dungeness crab, clams or mussels, shrimp, scallops, squid and any firm-type of fish like Cod or Halibut. For this sauce, we recommend that you use 1 lbs of seafood.

Cooking instructions:

-Gently simmer the Queen Anne Cioppino simmer sauce in a stock pot
-Add 1/2 lbs of clams/mussels first, cover the pot and simmer gently until the shells are open (typically 3-5 minutes).
-Add 1/2 - 1 lbs of seafood for 4 servings. We recommend bay scallops, any skinless fish (Cod, Halibut, Rockfish) cut into small pieces or deveined shrimp (we like shell on shrimp for that extra fish flavor).
-Cover and simmer until the fish are opaque and thoroughly cooked (typically 3-5 minutes).
-Serve with garlic bread for dipping. Enjoy!
